  • POINT 05 APPROACH 1：Place more traps. Since aggregation pheromones have weaker attraction than sex pheromones, setting out the same number of traps will leave many places where pheromones do not affect insects. Efforts must therefore be made to deploy many traps. APPROACH 2：Enhance the weak attraction. When insects search for food, food attractants are used as a guide. By combining aggregation pheromones and food attractants, the weak attraction of aggregation pheromones is amplified.
